FAQs

YES  We charge only one single payment per month which includes everything apart from Internet and Phone Connections.

There are NO HIDDEN BILLS

WHY DO WE NOT INCLUDE INTERNET & PHONE ?

This allows you, the tenant to go directly to your preferred service provider who can give you the best deal for your needs at the time. We do not force you to use our provider and then take a cut on top, as many other landlords may do.

YES  We WILL let you out of your signed easy in / easy out licence if your business needs change, providing that we found a suitable new tenant to use your old space. We are not aware of any other Office Rental provider who will do this (licence terms appy).

IS FREE PARKING INCLUDED ? Yes indeed, subject to licence terms, it is.  There is also free parking within a 5 minute walk from the Park Mews establishment.

Park Mews is just a 10 minute walk from Romford Town Centre and Romford Railway Station.

NO We do not make you have our existing furniture. But, YES we can supply you with a desk and a chair if you need one.

FAQs

IS PARK MEWS open 24/7 ? Yes it is! We don't know why you'd want to, but you can work Christmas Day if you wanted to. Park Mews is open 24hrs a day, 365 days of the year.

CAN I SIGN A LICENCE FOR LONGER THAN A YEAR ? Yes you can. We're happy to chat about it.

WILL MY OFFICE BE FRESHLY DECORATED ?  Most definitley. It has always been our policy to present our offices, newly painted with carpets replaced/cleaned as required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BUSINESS GROWS ?  If a another office becomes available, we will always offer it to our existing clients first, should they need to expand (or shrink a little).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A PROBLEM ? We sincerely hope that you experience no problems, but should any matters arise, Andy and Sue are always available. You would have our personal mobile numbers and you'll find us always on hand to deal with any issues.

HOW SECURE IS MY OFFICE ? All our offices have independent alarms, so, if you pop out, your individual suite is alarmed via a security fob and also having its own BS3621 Security approved mortise lock. Additionally , Park Mews has additional alarms to the main areas as well as CCTV, and security lighting in the car park, as well as digital locks to the entrance.
